Front Porch

Process

Four steps.
Two weeks.

We wanted to make the process so simple you can explain it to your dad. Here it is — the whole thing, no fine print.

  1. 01

    You text Craig

Send the name of your business and a link to your current site (if you have one). Tell us what you do in one sentence. That's all we need.

We reply same day — usually within an hour. No intake form. No 'please fill out this 40-field brief.'

  2. 02

We give you a fixed price

We look at your current site, your competition, and what you actually need. Then we quote one flat number. No hourly rates. No surprise invoice at the end.

Most shops land at $299 to $599 one-time for the build, plus $29 / mo if they want us to host and maintain it.

  3. 03

    Two weeks, start to finish

Week 1: design mocks by Tuesday, full build by Friday. Week 2: feedback, revisions, polish. Most sites go live by the following Monday.

If we can't hit the date, we tell you on day 2, not day 14.

  4. 04

    You own everything

Domain: registered in your name. Hosting: on your account. Code: yours, on GitHub. We hand you the keys and walk.

Want us to keep hosting and maintaining? That's what Cover and Cover Plus are for. Month-to-month, cancel any time.

FAQ

Questions people
actually ask.

01

Why so cheap? What's the catch?

No catch. We're a two-person shop with a tight playbook for the kinds of sites local businesses actually need — so we're not starting from scratch every time, and we're not paying for an agency's office, project managers, or account execs. The work is real and we hand-review every site before it ships.

02

What if I don't like the design?

Every project includes two rounds of revisions. We rarely need the second one. If we do three rounds and you still hate it, we refund the difference and you keep the design.

03

Can you redo my existing site instead of starting over?

Depends. If your site is a custom WordPress build from 2015, usually it's faster to rebuild than to untangle. If it's Squarespace or Wix and just needs a facelift, we can often work on top of it for half the price. We'll tell you which after we look.

04

Do I need to host with you?

No. Essential and Dynamic give you the site, your domain, and the login — you own everything. If you want us to manage hosting, updates, and support, that's the Cover plans. Month-to-month, cancel whenever.

05

Will you write my copy?

Yes. We write a first draft that sounds like a real business owner — not an agency. You edit, we polish. Included in Essential. Most owners are surprised how little they want to change.
